Look2Me and MS Fingerprint Reader relationship

Strange,
I run CWShredder, it detects Look2Me, I remove.

[removing Look2Me breaks fingerprint reader]
I reboot, Fingerprint icon missing from XP Profile page, log in
manually.

I run CWShredder, sure enough, Look2Me is gone.

[Look2Me only comes back when I reinstall MS' driver]
I uninstall and install MS Fingerprint software/driver, everything
works fine.

Run CWShredder again...lo and behold, Look2Me is detected!

Vicious cycle. Any ideas on how Look2Me and MS's own fingerprint
reader driver might be related?!?!?

Thanks,
Tim

You have of course spoke to the CWShredder vendor about the possibility of a
false alarm?

Yes, I do have an e-mail into tech support via AdSubtract's website.
