Is it possible to backup and subsequently restore the list of managed
websites under Privacy Settings of Internet Properties?

List of managed sites are stored in this registry key:
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Internet
Settings\P3P\History
To backup the setting, open Regedit.exe and export the branch to a REG file.
