MY son has a cmputer with XP and finds that he cannot download anything, even
a Windows Update file, or any PDF file sent in an email message or as part of
a URL site. I suspect he has a security problem that won't let any files in.
Has anyone enocuntered such a problem before? The internet security settings
seem to be the same as mine.

Why can't he download these things? Does he get an error message? What
happens when he tries to do these things? If Sp2 is installed, the
Information Bar may be blocking the downloads...

I also have the same problem. I am trying to download PDF files and a window
pops up that says "Security Alert: Your current security setting does not
allow this file to be downloaded." It's happened ever since I installed SP2.
Any suggestions???
