[redevil26]

When I click on the Restart button the pc does the normall shutdown but stays
at the blue screen showing Restarting computer and hangs. the hard drive
light stops flashing. is this a problem with XP or is it hardware related ???

Found that my RAM was not enough and had to upgrade it from 96MB to 256MB

My RAM was not Enough I needed to Upgrade It
