When I type Msconfig in the Run window and Click Ok>
It just comes for a sec and disappears.
Steps tried
1. Online Virus scan
2. Windows Script 5.6.
Still does not work.
Please Help.

You should type "cmd" first. This will open a new window
in which you can type your new command ie msconfig after the >prompt. the
window should stay open untill you close it manualy. hope this helps

Task Manager.
