Thank you for your last advice! to re-phrase my quary; Is there a safe format
or guideline to refer to, to delete some or "most" duplicates? For I have

Give links to 3 utilities who pretends do that job safely...
Remember this : some *system* files must be duplicates,
e.g. dll and other stuff in the dllcache folder...
