Hi I have a problem with system recovery not starting, after I insert the
recovery disc. The computer cant find PRELOAD then it says "windows is in
the middle of a long operation (either wait or cancel it) ...before you quit
windows" It shows two boxes one that keeps searching with a flashlight and
the other that displays the message. I am guessing that it has missing files
in system recovery (cd creator program??) which may have been deleted when a
program(spyware exterminator) went looking for spyware or trojans..SHOULD I
RESTORE WITH POSSIBLE SPYWARE ??......ALSO WHILE CLEANING WITH SYSTEM
MECHANIC OTHER FILES MAY HAVE BEEN DELETED............IN AUDIO CHIP DRIVERS
OR SOFTWARE???...IN GAMES PROGRAMS AND ON THE C/D IN MY DRIVE
HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I NEED HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!REINSTALL THE POSSIBLE BUG???? AND RECOVER?????TECH
SUPPORT SAYS TO BACKUP AND LET IT RUN IN ORDER TO SEARCH FOR A FILE THAT MAY
NOT BE THERE??????
