I installed a second Hard Drive as a Backup, and instead of 160 gb it reads
as a 120 gb. Can I fix this and will I lose data stored there?

To use a hard disk larger than 137 GB you need to update your BIOS and
install SP 1 (at least). Neither will cause data loss.
