Hi Mark,

According to Disney, if you have XP SP2 the game should work
without issues. Have you upgraded your Windows XP to SP 2?

Yes i have SP2.
The game worked ok then suddenly stopped working. A box would appear saying
that my drivers wouldn't allow the programme to automatically change the
video settings to bit colour.
I changed the screen res and the colour but still nothing. I updated my
video adaptor drivers and installed directx 9.c but still nothing.
So i tried to uninstall the game but i cannot.

It's a weird problem.

Hi Mark,

Try uninstalling again this time using the same account you
installed the game with, make sure that the account is an
Administrators account and that you do this while in Safe
Mode. Let me know if you have any questions/problems.

Thanks Jimmy. I tried to uninstall in safe mode but the same thing happened.

Is it possible to uninstall the game manually? Are programmes like RegEdit
reliable/safe to use?

Hi Mark,

Yes, you could uninstall it manually. Here's the steps I usually recommend:

Here's how to uninstall a game, especially tricky ones:

Step A: In Control Panel / Add-Remove Programs, remove the game and then delete the game's folder especially if you previously
experienced problems with a patch, or if you installed the Trial, Mods, NO CD patches, etc.

Note: Click Start to Search or Find your game. Many times there are two installs
of the same game on a system and the patch installs to the wrong one. Also if you
installed a Trial version of the game, this could be causing a conflict.. Uninstall it
and delete the folder.

Step B: Reinstall the game to the same folder and try uninstalling it

Step C: Install and Run Regcleaner and if it finds any stray registry keys for the
game, delete them. Reboot your computer, and then re-install the game.
Regcleaner Download: http://www.majorgeeks.com/download460.html
