I am having trouble creating a working dial-up phone connection.
Keeps telling me the login and/or password is bad for the domain.

I would like to create a second dial-up to a free ISP (I don't to pay
anything) to accept a login and password of my choice just to do a
connect. I just want to prove to myself that I am not doing
something wrong. Then I would be done with it.

I tried Netzero, but get same result.

Can someone give me a free isp address?

Juno/Netzero is a closed system like AOL. You will need to install/run
connection software that they provide for their services. You cannot create
a dial-up connection through Windows for the free service now, you were in
the past able to.
