Cannot access Internet or ping

Hello All,
I am having a network issue with one of my client workstations. It seems
that it can obtain an ip address from the DHCP server (which is most likely
cached because after /renew switch it gives the same IP over and over again)
but I am unable to ping the name servers or any other machine on the
network. Obviously, I am unable to access the Internet.
I have tried to use winsockfix and tcp/ip reset and still nothing. I tried
using the netsh command also nothing.
Any ideas,
TIA,
Altria

Altria,

Do you have a domain, or a workgroup? Does this article apply?

Is there maybe a firewall problem on the problem computer?

Please provide "ipconfig /all" for the problem computer, and for one working
computer, and post both here.
