when I try to map from the HP to the XP clone, I get the following error "not
enough server storage is available to process this command" (no error #) . KB
has work around for NT4 server, but nothing for XP. can map from IBM XP
clone to HP. All update patches etc are current on all machines. have turned
off XP firewall, done 2 recoveries, re-installed tcp/ip and other networking
services, been through HP's support.
network of 3 computers, HP w/ XP Pro (new) P4 1G RAM, IBM Clone w/ XP pro P3
512 RAM, IBM Clone w/ win2k P3 512 RAM. min/max virtual memory set at 2X RAM
+ 64 MB. no unusual CPU activity, Pagefile at 303MB, network activity less
than 1%. Using a D_Link DI-774 router (wireless disabled), can access the
internet.

Any Ideas?

Stu,

This is an IRPStackSize problem, and it's quite well known.
