autoexec.net problem

could anyone tell me how to fix this problem. I got the sims and tryed to
install it and the startup sims page appeared and when i clicked install a
message came up saying : C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM32\AUTOEXEC.NT The system file is
not suitable for running MS-DOS and Windows applications. how can i fix this

Copy autoexec.nt from c:\windows\repair to c:\windows\system32 more details
