Is there a way to enable / disable ICS by way of a script?
I would like to use the task scheduler to turn off ICS at a specific time
and then restore ICS at another time.

Short of locking the kids in their bedroom, I would like to control the
hours of access ;-)

Hi, Bernie -

The easiest way to do this might be to replace ICS with a
consumer-grade router. Several home routers can be configured to only
allow access to the Internet during certain hours. Most can limit
access by time and IP address.
