I am running Windows XP Pro and just recently something changed. If I go to
Network Connections and right click and select properties to change the IP
address, I get the following error.

You do not have sufficient permissions for accessing connection properties.
Contact your system administrator.

I am the administrator.

What has happend?

Thanks--
