I know the subject is very wide but i cant think of what to call this

I was a moron and left my computer shared with users able to modify my files

I connected to my college network and the i guess someone erase all my files.

Is there a possibility of a network log that shows me who accessed my
computer? I know it will be from the same IP but if there is one it should
show a different name for the computer

Windows XP does not support this level of logging.
