I'm trying to set up a simple two-laptop LAN, and every time I try to open
Network Setup Wizard on the newer of the two - it works perfectly fine on the
other one - I get a message saying "your user account does not have adequate
permissions to set up a home or small office network. To set up a network,
you must have permission to configure Internet Connection sharing, Windows
Firewall, and network bridging." While this is all fine and good, I can't
for the life of me figure out how to GET said permissions, nor can I figure
out how it got this way in the first place, as I certainly didn't tell it not
to give me permission. It's MY computer, after all! I've tried everything I
can think of, which admittedly isn't much in this case, but I'm coming up
dry. Help! Please and thanks.
