Hi

I am in the process of setting up a VPN, its been a bit of a struggle but
I'm slowly getting there - I think!

Q1, I have a Netgear DG834 version 1 firewall router and can find no way of
setting up the VPN. The Netgear support site appears to be down so cannot
log on to ask them.

Q2, Should I still be able to surf the net with a VPN set up. If so how, as
I can't at the moment.

Any help will be much appreciated.

Kind Regards

Mick

1. If you have windows server or xp, you can setup VPN because Netgear DG834 can be VPN pass-through.
2. Yes, you should be able to access the internet while establish the VPN.

Don't send e-mail or reply to me except you need consulting services. Posting on MS newsgroup will benefit all readers and you may get more help.
