I can't see one of my PC on my network

I have to PC's on a home network. Both are actually connected to the
network, I can access my wireless notebook on the network from my desktop.
Both machines can "see" the wireless on the network and it comes up whne I
browse to map a network drive. I have pinged both machines from thier
counterparts successfully. My problem is that my desktop does not come up on
the network do I can't access the shared files. When I browse to map a
network drive, only my notebook appears on the netwrok.

First possibility would be a firewall problem.

Next, run browstat on both computers.

Well, it's not a browser conflict. Both computers see Vader as the master
browser.

Let's look at "ipconfig /all" on both computers. You have either an address
resolution, or a firewall, problem.
