I am logged on to the computer under the default administrator account. My
computer is not connected to any network. I activated the guest account so
my nieces and nephews can go on the internet without being able to access my
files. I'm able to log on to the internet, using a dial up connection. But,
when I change users, from Admin to Guest, and try to log on to the internet
I get a message that theres no modem. While still logged in under guest, I
am able to go to Device Manager and see that the modem is installed and it
says, " this device is working properly". Dont know what to do. I tried
creating a new internet connection but, im unable to under the guest account.
Do I need to give the guest account access to use the modem? Dont know,
Help.
