Is their a checklist available as in spite of both having the same workgroup
this ain't happening.The XP machine can share files between with a second XP
machine. It is the third ME based machine that has the problem.

Primary Logon = Windows Login (not Client for MS)

I'd look for a firewall problem, or a browser conflict.
