My windows xp has gave me problems in the past then i finally got it all
fixed which i was happy with but now i can not pull up my TASK MANAGER can
any tell me why and help me on this matter...It has the red x on it and says
task manager has been disabled by you'r administrator...I did not change
anything so how do i enable it...
