I am with tiscali broadband and am repeatedly unable to gain access - the
message often appearing states 'other apllications occupy USB bandwidth -
however nothing else is running. Have tried everything and tiscali technical
support is pretty poor - any suggestions?

Does your router allow an ethernet connection between the PC and the
router...... this would be the prefered method...
