I have 2 WinXP on a LAN. This machine is the guest. ICS is set up, and
works generally. However, occasionally, my ICS connection does not show up
in Network Connections, so I have no direct way to connect to the ISP.
Also, often turns out I am actually connected, only nothing on my desktop
shows that I am.

How can I get the ICS connection to stay listed in Network Connections?
