Anonymous FTP Login

I set up an FTP server using IIS on my home system. When I try to connect
from another computer I get a "cannot connect" error message. When I disable
anonymous logins and enter my home user name and password I can connect.

What's the proper anonymous login for Microsoft's FTP server? Is it
"anonymous" with the password being my email address - or is it the user
account that was created for the FTP server (IUSR_computername) - and if so,
what should the password be (or do I make it up in the IIS properties)?

Thanks!

Additionally, I cannot login using either "anonymous" or the user account
that was created for the FTP server.
