AMD is my machine name.

I am trying to figure out why my ports are not open..Have d-link 713P
router..No xp firewall installed...Have the ports forwarded. Running norton
system works. I us the router for firewall. I go to www.canyouseeme.org and
it tells me ...Error: I could not see your service on 66.153.***** on port
(8000)...
Reason: Connection refused...(it is the correct IP)

I have run spy bot and all sorts of things for viruses and ad ware.My isp
says they are not blocking any ports...Oh I have dsl...Running Westell B90
2000 modem. I have two other computers connected to router and they don't
have the ports opene either. I have disconnected the router and just run it
with the modem and still no luck...Any ideas appreciated.
