Can no longer synchronize time on Host or Client PC

Using ICS and 56k dial up modem on XP Pro PC (Host), running XP Home on 2nd
PC. I keep getting a message that the Peer's Stratum is less than the
Host's stratum and that time cannot be synchronized. This worked fine the
last time. I did load a few programs and several updates since then.

How do I fix this. I am using the Windows SP2 firewall which is enabled on
both PC's. I setup my wired Ethernet network by running the network setup
wizard.

Do I just need to rerun the wizard on both PC's? Should I uncheck the
network sharing box first or just rerun the wizard?

I know this question was answered previously, but I ran a search an nothing
comes up.

I'm getting the same result. The consensus appears to be that it will
fix itself if you wait a few days. I dont use the XP firewall myself
and its worked fine for quite a while now.

Get an error with all the other time servers I have
tried, and get the same result on multiple PCs too.
