Hi Dave,
I'm having the same exact problem with a laptop not seeing the desktop, but
the desktop sees and has access to the laptop and it's shares. Have you found
a solution to this yet? Thanks for any help you can throw my way.

Your problem could be either an address resolution issue, a firewall problem, or
a master browser conflict. Start here:
