logon problems

hello all
I have this problem with winxp service pack 2
after installing a program , when Windows starts it shows a screen with my
acount and I must click on it to start.That did not happen before.Is there a
way to bypass this screen ?

Try turning off the Welcome Screen and/or fast user switching - See:

I tried switching fast user switching it did not help.
