I'm new at Movie Maker but get how to do it and use transitions, text, sound,
etc. How can I make a DVD that I can show on a television? What is the
difference among CD-R, CD-RW, and DVD-RW? I have a DVD-RW and tried to copy
my movie to it, but it wouldn't work.

you can't copy your saved movie to a disc... you need to use DVD creation
software to author and burn it... see the DVD Software section of my website
for some of the software being used.
