I have one WindowsXP Pro PC that is fighting with the Windows2000 DC to be
the Master Browser. I did not see a browser service on the WindowsXP PC.
How do I keep the WindowsXP PC from fighting for the Master Browser position?

You answered your own question. You have to stop the Computer Browser service.
