Every time I log into an account with guest attribute,
I have change the settings for IE, for Start Properties,
etc.

Where are these default settings coming from? How can
I change them permanently?

I already tried giving the guest account the admin
attribute, changing the settings, then removing the
admin attribute and reverting back to the guest
attribute, to no avail.

By the way, I was able to change the file association not using Folder
option but using Open with option.
