Is there an easy way to batch export the various clips I've created in
WMM? Basically I'd like to start making DVDs, but it is a pain redoing
chapter points (once in WMM cutting the movie how I want it, then again
in the DVD software (sonic myDVD)).

I'd like to export my clips, then be able to use the independently in
the DVD (or perhaps other) software.

Why are you making chapter points in WMM?
Why do you not simply create the entire movie and import that into your DVD
Program and from there create your chapter points?

I don't like the way the chapter points work in MyDVD. Also, I'd like
to have the option of running some of the clips through Premiere.

Additionally, I'd like to have a primary library of clips that are
already cut, and can be reused. Re-cutting for every DVD is
unnecessary.

Yes I had forgotten when I wrote that post just how bad MyDVD was with
chapter points in fact older versions couldn't do them at all so you HAD to
use separate clips.
