I cannot connect to the Internet on my computer every time I start my
computer I get loads of error messages saying application error each of these
messages say something to the effect that the program could not start
properly I have no Internet connection but everything is plugged in correctly
high double-click Internet explorer and it will not open all I get is the
same application EXE error message. Does anybody know why these application
start a error messages are happening and how can I fix it I believe that my
lack of access to the Internet and these application air messages are related
thank you

Hi,

What is the exact name of the .exe file giving you the trouble? Or does the
name change?

Is SP2 installed?

Have you run anti-malware tools (e.g., MS Windows AntiSpyware) to remove
hijackers?

Once spyware has taken down your ability to access the Internet, it's a bit
like the rock and the hard place, isn't it? Your best bet may be to "borrow"
access to someone else's computer to gather up some of the tools you need to
remove spyware. You may also see if you can get FireFox or another browser
at the same time in case you have a browser hijacker rather than having had
your connection taken down completely
