Picture Quality

I import pictures that are perfectly clear into a movie but when I play the
movie back the pictures have become very blurry. The pictures were
originally shot at 3000x2000 resolution and are in the .jpg format. Do I
need to re-size them to something smaller? This is the 3rd movie that I've
made and I did not have problems using pictures taken at this res before.
Any help that I can get would be much appreciated.

You're using 6 megapixel pictures and making a 1/3 megapixel video... maybe
the content of your earlier ones was such that you didn't notice the
differences as much.

A couple of questions:
- When you notice the poor quality where are you playing the movie and
is it the same as before (ie are we talking on the PC or DVD or are you
playing the project within MM2)
- Have you changed the resolution or type of movie rendered(ie 320x240,
wmv rather than AVI, or 480kbps rather than 1500)?
