Saving a File when Right Clicking a photo from a Newsgroup
FLKULCHAR
07-10-2005, 02:46 AM
In Outlook Express, I often view photos from various newsgroups; when I
right-clickn the image, I am prompted to save the photo in My Documents\My
Photos.
I do NOT want the photo saved there, so that I must manually scroll through
the harddrive...in order to save it where I want it saved.
Ultimately, until I turn off the computer, my "saved" (and desired) location
works.
That is, until I reboot the computer. Then...the same procedure is required.
HOW CAN I CHANGE THE DEFAULT LOCATION SO THAT THE SCROLLING THROUGH THE
HARDDRIVE IS NEVER NECESSARY?
Thanks,
Larry

Hi PA Bear, I hear your frustration but what if the person just came across
this newsgroup, and as the title suggest (newusers), is not aware or has not
loaded other newsgroups into their reader or accessed them via the net
because they figure this is where their enquiry belongs and they are a
fairly newuser.

I meant the post that you originally posted. But it seems that you found it
after you were told that your question had already been answered some time
ago.
