Is there any way that I can make animation with Windows Movie Maker?

It isn't really designed for that. You can do a little stop-motion animation
using still photos (I have done this with webcam shots taken with a powertoy
that saved out a bunch of pictures of clouds moving by) you just set the
Tools|Options photo setting to as small as it goes before you import the
photos. You can only get it down to 8fps though. Still looks cool, but you
have little in the way of options and it's only as good as what you import
into it - you have no drawing tools or anything like that.

Here is a stop animation Overview. There are free programs and some with
free trials they are so much more advanced then before. Even the free ones
are great compared to where they were a few years ago.
But just remember it's all about content not just the bells and whistles of
movie making. I try to convince my nephew of this but he is so worried about
transitions and titles and other stuff he forgets about plot lines and
overall style and feel.
