I am having trouble with my label templates. The frames that usually
appear to show precisely what the label should look like are now
"empty." They used to be there, but now the template sheet is empty.
I have no idea how to make the lines come back so I know if the print
is in the right place. Any help is certainly appreciated.

Hello Debra,

The grid lines can be turned on or off via the Tools menu in Word.
Select Show gridlines from the Tools menu.
Some of this may depend on your version of Word. But it should be Tools -->Options-->View Tab.
