I have my first Backup, safely stored.
Ex XP Home and NTBACKUP.
How is it possible to find out what files it contains.
I accepted the first backup option ...
'My Documents and settings' .
How can I check what has been backed.
Regards

The only way I know of to do this would be to run the Backup
program and using the Restore function restore your files to an
alternate location. Once you've restored the files check the
properties for each folder and see if they match. You can also
check the contents of each folder to see if they are identical.
