Safe Mode warning window

How can the Safe Mode warning window....that appears just before the logon
window........be disabled, turned off, deleted, bypassed.

The window title bar shows its called "desktop", the verbage is "windows is
starting/running in safe mode".....or something quite close.

I'm trying to get the system in question to boot into safemode and logon
automatically (without user intervention).

I've allready changed the boot.ini to default to safemode with networking

I've made the necessasary registry hack to allow the bypassing of the logon
screen.

But I can't find anywhere on the net (hours of research) how to disable this
dialog box during the boot process.

Rebooting would be hard for me at this point, so I'll just pass on my guess, which might, or might not work. I would try turning ON
the Boot Log (on the safe mode menu)

Yes, that might help me identify what the name of the graphic file is. Thus
either delete it or otherwise alter it. I'll give it a shot and update here.

Unfortunatley it wasn't helpful. Ntbtlog.txt......only listed the drivers
loading or not loading. I also did a search ....including hidden and system
folders of "desktop", "safe*", ........nothing. This has really got my goat
now. What is the NAME of this simple little jpg, bitmap or whatever? And
when does it get called in the safemode boot process?

may i point out that it is imposible to disable this "message". When
explorer realises that windows is running in safe mode it displays it,
basicly this message is part of explorer. The only true way to disable
it is to use an alternative shell, which potentialy wont work in safe
mode.
