Where are collections filed?

I have two computers linked together in my home net work. I used Computer #2
to create a project. I then opened Movie Maker on computer #1 and attempted
to open the project. It opened the project, but said that it could not locate
the collections. Is there a way I can change the pointers so computer #1
knows where to find the collections or is there a way to copy and move al of
the collections to computer #1. If so, do I also copy the project and place
it in the same directory with the collection?
Did I stumble into a blind trap or what?

Copy the following folder from first computer to the second:
C:\Documents and Settings\USER\Local Settings\Application
Data\Microsoft\Movie Maker
where USER is your login name for XP. (Your user name is displayed on top of
the Start menu)

This is my first contribution to any discussion group so sorry in advance for
any mistakes.
I have identical problem to Michael's, wanting to move a project file and
it's collection file to another computer. Reading Rehan's reply leaves me
still asking questions. Would be most greatful if someone could explain
exactly how collections work. What is in the mediafile.dat folder and can you
add to it? How does the dat file interact with the large down loaded .avi
file from which the collection clips were made. I have had some disasters
when re-naming and re-organising video files.
Would also be interestsd to know if Michael has solved his problem.
