Transition in Movie Maker

I have recently upgraded my computer. Windows xp was re-installed. Since
then, the transitions and effects icons do not appear and seem to have been
deleted. Is it the new Windows install that has caused the problem? Did my
tech people put in the wrong version of Windows xp. The Movie Maker icons
and transitions worked il before the upgrade. Any suggestions as to how to
get them back?

All the various versions can get confusing...
but If you installed the original version of
Win XP....the following download may
be useful.

MovieMaker 2.0

Plus! Effects & Transitions

Also...MovieMaker 2.1 is included with
WinXP SP2.
