wtKernel message

When I turn my computer on I get a message - Unable to locate Kernel
Componet: wtKernel - what do I do. I click OK and the message goes away.
But is this causing a problem and what do I do?

To repair all system files, go to Start/Run, and type: SFC /SCANNOW
