How do I watch a video from a Camcorder through my computer then burn it to a
DVD

Assuming you have a digital camcorder, attach it to your pc, start Windows
Movie Maker, Click File (or Tools. I'm typing from memory) and follow the
instructions. Your cam will need to be set to play. If the video is long,
you'll need lots of hard drive space. Then just click play in Windows Media
Player thats already open or close WMM, go to where you saved your video and
double click on it; Windows Media Player will open & play your movie.
Cheers! :-)

As to the 2nd part of your question you need a DVD authoring program to burn
the movie to DVD.
There are many to choose from and most offer a free trial to help you decide
which you prefer.
Some recommend Sonic MyDVD (a program I personally can't stand) and others
recommend one of the Ulead authoring programs (products that I love and use
all the time) I have a list of most of the more popular programs in the "DVD
Programs" section on my website along with links to author's pages for
downloading.
