I cannot get to my control panel. Every time I click on my computer I
get the same thing. I need to restore this file but only have my Sony
System Restore CD’s. Can I get this file somewhere else so I don’t
have to lose everything and start over from scratch. Any help is
greatly appreciated.

Hiya,
try going to Start-Run and type into the dialog box "Control.exe" but
without the quotes-that should open your control panel. Hope it sorts you
out.
