Title and Credits animations stutter

I use Movie Maker 2 to create WMV sequences for flashy title sequences and
credits sequences, which I then import into Nerovision Express to complete my
DVDs.
I use High Quality (PAL) mode.
The problem is that sometimes, with certain fast moving animations, the
motion stutters for a fraction of a second. Not all the time - seemingly
randomly.
It plays fine in Movie Maker - it's only when transcoded by Nerovision
Express.
How can I overcome this?
Is it a problem with PAL vs NTSC framespeeds?

Try "Saving Movie" different settings, either
"Video for local playback (2.1 mbps)"
or if that doesn't work try:
"DV-AVI (PAL)"
If you end up needing to use "DV-AVI" -- It is helpful to have plenty of
free disk space and to have reciently defragmented your hard drive.

Yes! DV AVI(PAL) work fine, thanks.
It does use up loads of hard drive, but I only need a few minutes for titles
and credits.
