Regedit or Regedt32?

What is the difference between "Regedit" and "Regedt32"? Are there certain
instances where one is preferred over the other?

Hi Michael,

There essentially the same thing.
In Windows XP, Regedt32.exe is a small program that just runs
Regedit.exe.
