Offering Remote Assistance "Permission Denied" ... but only for 1

I have setup a group policy on and OU in my domain (1 2k3 DC, 2 2K DCs). The
OU blocks all other policies from propegating to it. The machine policy
specifies that users can offer remote assistance and the IS group is set as
the caller. Windows Firewall is disabled, Simple File Sharing is set to OFF
and all DCOM local polices are set to Not Defined. The IS group is a member
of the local Administrators group on all computers. There are 10 computers
in the OU, all but 1 of them is able to offer remote assistance to other
computers in the OU as well as receive remote assistance request from other
computers. All extra services have been disabled, the computer account has
all the same permissions as the other computers. Logging into the 1 computer
that does not work with different user accounts does not solve the problem so
it does not appear to be related to a user account. A run of RSOP.MSC shows
that the policy is taking effect properly. The computer in question does run
Virtual Server 2k5 as well as IIS6. All computers in the OU are Windows XP
SP2 with all current hotfixes.
