I have a windows XP box, and a Logitech webcam. (its one of the higher
end ones. I want to set it up with the monitor off, yet the PC running
to record when it detects motion. I suspect that my cleaning lady is
stealing from me and I want to catch her.

Is there software that I can download and install? Do I have the right
equipment? I dont want to buy a full blown survielance set.

-Thanks to everyone helping with this.

Logitech software does have a faculty for recording whatever is in front of
it.. open the Logitech webcam software and look at each tab in turn..
