Under Windows XP a flashing yellow triangle with an exclamation mark in
it,
appears in the System Tray. Messages pop up such as "System Notice:
Internet
Service Provider (ISP) might be tracking your private information!
Click the icon the check you ISP for reliability".
How do I get rid of this?

I am not 100% sure, but it sounds like some type of ad/spyware. I would
download and install some type of removal software. Spybot, Ewido, Microsoft
Adware, Ad Aware. Run one of these programs and hopefully it will remove the
unnecessary application that is causing this message. It is also a good idea
to run one of these programs every so often, if you frequently use the
internet.

Hope this help ya!
